Ethics & Standards
The principles that govern how REALPRO Foundation works with artists, partners, donors, and the Rhode Island community.
Artist Fairness
Every sale is transparent. A 20% donation supports the foundation and 80% goes to the artist, and artists can choose to share an additional 10% with their member organization. We publish the same rules for everyone and never change terms after a sale.
Authenticity
Artists present their own original work. We do not allow misrepresentation of authorship, and AI-assisted imagery must be disclosed as part of the creative process.
Content Standards
Exhibitions, flyers, and event listings must keep registration on realprofoundation.org. QR codes and outside links are not permitted in partner materials, so every guest lands on an official REALPRO page.
Data & Privacy
We never sell contact information. Artist and guest data is used to run exhibitions, ticketing, and communications you signed up for, and every email includes a working unsubscribe link that is honored immediately.
Equal Opportunity
REALPRO Foundation does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or veteran status in artist selection, exhibitions, grants, or employment.
Financial Integrity
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our tax documents are public, payouts are itemized on every dashboard, and partner financials are visible only to the organizations they belong to.
Report a Concern
If you see a violation of these standards, by an artist, partner, or our own team, tell us. Reports are reviewed by the REALPRO Foundation Administration Team and handled confidentially.
